How do I change my second email address for verification purposes?

I have no email access across all devices. The VM verification address is now out of date and I wish to change it to another address but am unable to find the method of doing this on my VM. Any ideas?

    To update your email address, you would need to log in via my VM here. Once logged in, click on Account Settings > Account Details. From here you can update the username 😊

      Got as far as ‘details’ but no route seen to changing verification email address

      any advice welcome!
