For some reason I can no longer download e-mails. I keep getting Imap password errors despite resetting it numerous times via the instructions. I have deleted my account & readded it & still nothing. I tried the online chat & got nowhere. I am about to leave Virgin/O2 now as I’m that fed up with it!
Can you access your email via Webmail? Have you setup the new VMO2ID that is now required?
Yes so I knew it must be Apple related. Touch wood it’s finally working. It stopped working after I installed the new Ios 18.6.2 update.
