cant log in to virgin with hotmail

can no longer log in to virgin account or virgin go since virgin update at least 25 days ago,i have contacted customer services at least 8 times with conflicting reasons given and it would be resolved in 48 hours then 24 hours emailed ceo tom mockridge 10 days ago not bothered to reply my son and others i know on virgin who do not have virgin email have same problem everything had been fine until virgin/02 software update appalling lack of response despite complaint which i cant track due to inability to log in,
