Cannot verify my email
Im been unable to sign up/verify for a My Virgin Media Account. Im a new customer (one week now) and have been trying to verify my email address in order to sign up to my virgin media account however I don't always receive the verification link. Sometimes there is a short delay and when I do, the link comes back as Verification link expired despite clicking the link within seconds of receiving it. I’ve tried having the verification email resent, but it rarely get received and when I do get sent the email and click on the link, I get the same message - verification link expired. I've tried this on different browsers and devices and still not able to verify email.
