Verifying new email

Since this change I can’t access my account. Added a new email but it’s sending a verification thing to an account I no longer have access to. Phoned 6 times and IT are always sorting it, but it’s been 2 and half weeks!! Need access to my bluestones email as everything goes there. Anybody help??

  • Hi JintyB thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

    As a temporary fix, can you try installing an email app instead, and using your old password to try and access this?

    If you search in our Community this does seem to have worked for others. If not, please wait for the IT ticket to be fixed, we're sorry this is taking so long for you.
