Cannot login or register for MyVirginMedia
I have previously been a Virgin broadband customer and believe I have an account.
I have just agreed a new broadband connection and contract and been encouraged to login/register with MyVirginMedia.
I cannot remember my previous pw so tried the 'reset password' dialogue but I have not received a reset email.
Perhaps my old account has been deleted so I have now tried to register, getting beyond entry of surname a/c number and area, then entering a new password twice - at this point I get a message system is not responding with Wait or Cancel options. having tried Wait several times the situation has not changed.
I am currently unable to use MyVirginMedia - the bot help is circular and simply suggests stepping through the reset and/or register process.
