Unable to Register to MyVirginMedia
Hi, so when I first ordered my broadband (in September), I made a mistake in my email address while registering. I called Virgin Media and the problem was rectified as they corrected my email. However, I assume that they corrected it after the welcome email was sent to the wrong email address. So, now I don't have the welcome email and the information needed to register to MyVirginMedia. Any solutions? I tried calling customer service but there wasn't any option for account issues. Thanks!
