Account Restricted after midnight

My services are currently restricted from a missed payment which i understand. But putting the restriction on at gone midnight (00.30) is stupid, as I paid the minimum amount so I could get my services reactivated (within 10 minutes as it is stated) at 01.00 and and 4 and half hours later still not been reactivated.

If I was restricted whilst customer service was open,  it would have been sorted within minutes and not have to wait hours.

    If you have made a payment this would take 4 hours if we wore closed or opened we cannot speed this up sorry.

    Has the full minimum account been fully paid off?

      Sick of seeing this rubbish from Virgin cause it's complete and utter lie. CS CAN help reconnect sooner, they can even reconnect service without ANY payment. This "we can't speed this process up" rubbish is a LIE, put in place purely to make customer lives more difficult and to make us feel like we have no paths other than to pay even if we have no money. STOP SPREADING MISINFORMATION! You are part of the forum team, your job is to provide FACTS, NOT lies.

      Due to these constant lies, a constant push to get customers to pay when they state they can't and the lack of 24 hour service, I am LEAVING Virgin as soon as I can contact in the morning. So much for a Merry **bleep** Christmas.
