Account not logging in

I NEED HELP ASAP PLEASE :(

Everytime I try logging in on the Virgin Media Website and connecting my Virgin Media account with my 02 accunt, it asks me for Account Holder Last Name, Account Number, and Area Reference, I enter the correct details. I specifically make sure that the details match with whats on the bill and also on the app as well but it is still saying that my details do not match. It has locked me out until tomorrow. I dont know what to do. someone please get back to me as soon as possible!

    We apologise for the log in issue. There is a current ongoing online account issue raised today, which we're working on getting fixed asap.

      Does this mean that even with the right details, I will not be able to log in to my online account?

        Hi misbahg,

        That's correct. We're aware of an issue with our My Virgin Media site at the moment. 

        Our teams are working to fix this as a priority. 

        We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused whilst we work to resolve this

      I wonder if this is connected to the Amazon Web Services issues going on globally.
