Access to virgin apps connect etc always fails

Access alerts fails, followed reset password but virgin doesn’t send reset email out. Can’t phone to reset as I can’t speak (I have lung cancer which affects my speech) can access virgin tv but not my media or VMware connect. Any help would be appreciated

        Message means an email, I find this at the top of the screen it is an envelope symbol.

      What happens when you try selecting the reply option on the screen that you've sent?
