Where's my power supply
The power supply for my TIVO box stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I phoned customer services and was told that I would receive a new one in 3-5 working days. Over a week later it hadn't shown up. I phoned again and was told that it was still in the warehouse but your agent could not find out why it had not been dispatched. He was very apologetic and said that he would arrange for immediate dispatch and that I was entitled to compensation. He said an e-mail would be sent with tracking information. So, a week later - no power supply, no e-mail. Can someone please sort this out?
