Upgrade to 360

Question

Had a email to upgrade to the 360 do I order the new remote cannot find anywhere to do this,or do they just send one out to me.Email says go to upgrade app on Home Screen again cannot find this app I’m confused we have a TiVo box and want to upgrade to get sky sports plus.hope this makes sense thanks

You've posted in the TiVo forum, so I presume this is the box you have - https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box

This can't accept TV360 software, you'll require a physical box-swap to either upgrade to V6 (running TiVo software) or convert to TV360 (running Horizon software)
