Tivo upgrade to 360
Does anybody know if I update my TIVO box to a 360 box, can I keep my legacy Mix Channel package. Co Pilot says I can if specifically state it in my application. But I think I will need to get it in writing.

Are you sure you really want or need to change to 360?
It's very different to tivo, and you can't do back if you find you don't like it.
Another option for you is to split the move into two parts. Go from TiVo > V6, thus getting the same software on much improved hardware.
Then migrate from TiVo software to Horizon/TV360 firmware by means of software conversion, if you so choose.
VM will encourage "upgrade to TV360" quite positively.
There's no reason why you can't upgrade your TiVo box to a V6 or migrate to TV360 - swapping for a TV360 is something that VM will be very keen to encourage! Just be aware of the differences between the two.
Not sure what you mean by your Co Pilot comment, but your choice of TV box software has no bearing on your package contract. The Mix TV-tier is now legacy, so you can keep it for as long as you want, but anytime you make any changes to your bundle or want to re-contract, you'll be moved to the current equivalent deal.
