Tivo Green Screen of death

Hi, one of my Tivos has died.

Rather than me spending hours on the phone can someone from VM DM me please and arrange a visit.

        No, I managed to get in touch(2 hour wait for reply!), the box started working but failed again shortly after.

        Can we get a new box sent out please.

    Have now been waiting for a response online chat for 90 minutes.
