Please confirm whether it's the older tivo box or a V6 by cjhecking the link below, we can then move your post to the correct forum where a member of the forum team will pick it up in a day or two.

Or you can call 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select option 2 (Faults)
When calling Faults ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and help.
