Replacement power adaptor for Tivo

Hello - like many others it seems, I need to request a new power adaptor for a Tivo box, but can't seem to find an easy option to do this?

Any help would be great.

    Hello BC2024.

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
    Sorry to hear you are having an issue with ordering a power lead for your Tivo box.

    There are 2 ways we can get this sorted on here.

    We can get one sent out from here and it can take around 5 working days, plus any delays with the postal service.

    Or we could look at booking an engineer to attend and doing this for you. Both are at no cost.

    On a personal suggestion, I would opt for the visit as we may be able to replace the TiVo box fort a V6 box free of charge.
    I'd like to take a look into this for you, So if you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check your logo at the  top right of your screen that would be great.
