Re: Blurred sky sports

We just added Sky Sports to our package so my wife could watch the new tennis channel so she could enjoy her favourite sport whilst recovering from two cancer surgeries 

The  tennis picture is terrible with the ball hardly visible going over the net towards the player at the other end! We have 3 boxes and 3 newish TV’s and it’s the same on all 3!

An email to the CEO said reboot/ check connections and if ok call us ( we had already tried that!)

After a 50 minute call to VM the issue was passed to another team and I was told to expect picture quality improvement in 24 hours

The representative acknowledged HD picture quality would be better

He confirmed that when I added the package I was not told that HD was a better quality picture compared to the SD package I was sold!

VM Managers know this and it is mentioned in this Community

i will report back - watch this space!!

    I didn't think VM still sold Sky Sports in SD,  I only have the HD versions by defualt (UHD is extra but not really worth it). You are right, tennis is awful in SD, the net is just a fuzzy mess - in HD you can see the squares that make up the net. Keep pestering them!

      Thanks for your confirmation I have no intention of not getting this resolved
