Picture drop out

Hi, having issues with my TV picture dropping out. This is an intermittent problem, sometimes it is simply a black screen for maybe one or two seconds but at other times the picture goes completely and the tivo box has to be restarted. thought it was the a Hub problem ( it was seven years old ) but a replacement has not fixed the problem. I have noticed that the replacement Hub is a 3.0 as was the old one. Does anyone have any suggestions please. Thanks.

    Sorry to hear about your picture concerns. 

    Is it just the picture that drops and you still have sound? Or does the sound also cut out when the image does?

    Does trying another HDMI cable and a different port in your TV help resolve the issue? 

    Ensure that all cables are secure and tight at both ends and any midway connections/splits.
