Virgin have asked me to return equipment now I have left them, l have my Router and V6 box but they are asking for the old Cisco Tivo box that they replaced about 5 year back.
I have no idea where it is , Maybe it was returned or it went to the recycling centre , I can't remember it was so long ago .
Seems a bit unreasonable expecting it to have been stored all this time till they decided it must be returned .
