Home Wifi works but Tivobox doesn't

Trying to use red button on Sky Sports this afternoon a waste of time. Now getting the message that the Tivobox isn't connected via the network cable. WiFi works & all cables checked so why am I being told I can no longer record & that all shows are "to be announced"? Is the Tivobox having a meltdown (again) Not exactly getting a reliable service.

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

    I am sorry for the issues you've said, from the post I do presume you have a V6.

    How's the box connected to the Internet, wired/wireless? If it's wireless and it's near the Router, can you connect it via Ethernet? This will give you a better connection and free up WiFi for the rest of the property. 

    Can you also do this on the box for me;

    Home > Help and Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to the Virgin Media service now

    Should fix the guide issue :)
