Green screen of death.
My tivo box is continually trying to reset itself however it hasn't been able to do it. I am now without any programmes to watch. How do I get a replacement box quickly??

Hi Jackie,
The quickest way to ask for a replacement box is to contact the faults team (option2 ) when calling 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone. Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit.
If you have the green screen of death then your hard drive has failed and the box will need swapping out. VM no longer replace failed tivo boxes so it will be replaced with a V6 box providing you have broadband with VM.
(I'm assuming you do have a tivo box and not a V6 box since you've posted in the tivo forum)

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your TiVo box and the green screen of death.
I'd like to investigate this for you and arrange for an engineer to attend and swap the box over to a V6 box.
If you don't mind, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen that would be great.
