Sorry to hear your voicemail has stopped working.
Before we take a look at this, are you still on the old traditional landline, or have you been switched over to our Fibre line through the Hub?
It might also be best to check our service status page to see if we have any known issues.

Can you please confirm if you've attempted to call 1571 from the landline?
By doing this, you should be greeted by some set up instructions, and can also allow you to record a voicemail greeting,
If this option has already been attempted or doesn't work, this may be something we need to take into a private message with you to resolve.

Hi yes, have done 1571 and re done message but voicemail still does not cut in
