Voicemail not working

Hi been trying to find how to raise an issue but struggling so tagged onto this thread. My voicemail is not working. I get the tone indicating there is a message but when you listen there is no content. U have been onto VM multiple times and they say they have fixed it but they haven’t. Now a call goes to voicemail mail almost immediately so landline is almost useless for incoming calls. Only solution I can think if is to disable voicemail and go to a separate answer machine. Any advice?

    Hi Tommyg63,

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues with the voicemail service.

    Please first check if your voicemail inbox is full, and if so, delete some messages. If that doesn't help, try resetting your voicemail by calling 1571.

    Did the team reset the voicemail manually for you when you've raised this? 

    Please be advised it can take up to 24 hours for the reset to take affect.
