Voicemail not working
My Mum recently renewed her contract with VM. She had new 360 boxes and Wi-Fi hub. However, first time she checked her voicemail, she said there was a long message that she didn't understand. She hung up. I looked into this and, apparently, you only get to hear this message once and you need to listen to it to activate voicemail which seems a bit daft as she's had the same voicemail service for years. Anyway, now her voicemail isn't working, which is worrying her. Is there another way to activate her voicemail?
Also, for some reason, she was sold faster Wi-Fi. However, when the technician installed the equipment, he did speed tests and one room in the house was less than 14mbp. He said 30 is the acceptable level and Mum should be able to claim a free Wi-Fi extender. Is that the situation and if so, can she be sent the extender?
