Turning off Voicemail Plus

Hi,

I logged into my VM account for the first time in ages and noticed that I am paying for Voicemail Plus as an added extra, which is a feature I don't recall asking for. 

How do I remove Voicemail Plus from my account? Other forum posts appear to indicate this can be done by calling 1571, but there does not appear to be a cancel option.

Any help would be gratefully received.
