Turn off landline voicemail

I have an ansaphone on my landline and this Virgin facility is causing problems as well as being unnecessary. I want to turn it off but it seems this can only be done by VM. Can you please contact me to arrange this, I can't find how to do this any other way.

    Hello 

    I have landline voicemail and would like to turn it off as well. Can you turn it off for me as well please?

      Thanks for posting in regards to removing the voicemail feature from your landline package. We're happy to help via the forums and welcome to the community.

    HI I'm having problems with my Landline Voicemail conflicting with my phone system messaging service, the VM system has never been setup but it seems to have taken over and stopped all my messages. Can it be turned off by me? The threads read don't seem to work.
