Transferring my old BT number
I signed on for a virgin landline to replace my old BT landline. How do I get the old BT number transferred into the virgin phone?

Thanks for reaching out to us blovick, and a very warm welcome to our Community Forums and indeed out network!
We would advise that for a landline port to be completed, both the landline services held with BT and Virgin Media need to be active, and once we establish that with you, we can then request a release of the phone number from BT.
Can you confirm if the desired phone number is still active on BT's services?

Yes it is all still operational. Do you need the BT number?
