Requesting help with delayed phone switchover.

Hi,

Could I possibly request some help getting my phone service switched over to digital please? I was in contact with Gareth_L a couple of months back but this wasn't completed (my fault, not Gareth's).

My landline phone has not worked for 2 years (I hardly use it tbh) and it was supposed to have been switched to digital in January 2023.  

I have already purchased an RJ45 to BT connector, to enable plugging my phone into the router.
