Reduce ring count before landline voicemail kicks in

Good afternoon,

I can see that this question has been asked and answered before and the only way for the number of rings to be reduced is for Virgin Media to make the change.  Please could someone from Virgin Media contact me as I want to reduce to 5 or 6 the number of rings before voicemail kicks in.  Currently, people hang up before voicemail has a chance to pick up.
