Re: Landline down, very urgent

I need help please.  My landline is down.  I am very ill at the moment with pneumonia, I am on my own, 68 years old and feeling very vulnerable.  Please can you let someone know that it is very important that my landline is back up and running.  Any help would be very much appreciated and thanks very much in advance.
