Porting my BT number to VM
Hi
have recently completed a form from Virgin online for transfer of my BT landline number to Virgin Media, but not heard anything back.
The form asks for a BT ref number of some sort but I assumed the account number would be sufficient but perhaps this is why I have not had any update?
Hopefully a VM rep will pick this up and advise accordingly.
