Port number over to sky

i moved to sky today but virgin haven’t ported my land line over 

my contract should now be cancelled with virgin 

I am out of contract 

I haven’t had any contact from virgin to confirm

  • HI cstopforth10 thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.  Sorry to hear your number port to your new provider has not taken place.  Has your new provider explained why?  When did they request it from us?

      The 18 th September I signed up to sky 

      I got an email from virgin that night saying sky had told them about the transfer on the 27th today and I would keep my number , but my account with virgin still shows open on the app and I haven’t been given my virgin number
