Please link to full tariff for phone and mobile

I am based in UK
My landline package is "nytime chatter"
My mobile package is basic SIM only
I want to make a call to Ireland but for the life of me can't find anywhere to tell me how much it costs either landline or mobile. I have found a .pdf called "010123_Everyday_Call_Charges_V1" for new or change package rates, (which won't therefore apply to me, or will it?)
One column is headed CCF. Please explain what that is
Finally what options do I push to talk to a real person after dialling 150?
Well I found it but it's not on that link. Under FAQs>where can I find earlier call tariffs there is a link but it's broken and just recycles to the same page. However................if you click on "find out more" on any package in the list, then click on the "anytime chatter" section, then click on the "anytime chatter" link under that....at the bottom there IS a link that goes to the full tariff guide. Phew.
