Phone charge for calling virgin
I called the virgin 0345 4541111 number to arrange a new contract which took 70 minutes and have now received an additional charge for this phone call on my latest invoice ? is this correct

Some other replies have alluded to this, but..
Unlimited call packages on landlines generally have a 60minute limit on individual calls, with charges incurred beyond that.
Mobiles don't have this limit, neither do free calls such as 0800 prefixes.

Depending on the package you're on, calls to 03 numbers may be chargeable. Do you have a landline included in your package with us? Did you call from a landline or a mobile? We also have these contact methods available also.
