No voicemail for nearly 2 weeks

So as the title says has been down for nearly 2 weeks.

Have made multiple calls to support and even had a log number but I got a call last week to say that there are a lot of people with the same fault so they are raising a new joint fault and closing mine. I use the landline for my business and I am losing money because my voice messages are coming through blank apart from one on the 22 Feb which said he'd gone somewhere else because I hadn't called him back. I have other messages that I cant listen too. I cant even record a message to say ring another number because the menu system randomly cuts out.

I have tried to raise a complaint but the complaint form does not work. I spent ages typing everything out and when I pressed submit it just reloaded the page.
