No home phone

Hi. After the major outage last night my land line is showing’no line’. Online check says no fault. As I have a hearing impediment that means I cannot use a mobile phone how am I supposed to reach them. This phone is vital for me. Thanks

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your landline. Checking here, we can see that your landline should be plugged in to the wall socket. Can you confirm if this is the case?

    If so, when trying to make a call, are you getting a dial tone? 

    Can you also confirm what happens when trying to recieve a call? Does the landline ring?
