No Home Phone

I have no phone service today on my landline.  Obviously I cannot report it as the phone doesn't work.  Ruislip exchange NW London.

    Sorry to hear you're having some issues with the line, I've had a look at things from our side and I'll need to arrange an engineer.

  • As I suspected there was a fault at the exchange. I learnt this from the incredibly annoying lady I spoke to at Virgin in India, 40 minutes of time wasting.  Why can't Virgin understand that we want UK based call centres, talking to a person who isn't a slave to a menu driven conversation, and actually speaks English.

    My phone was restored the following day.
