My landline stop working

On Wednesday I had someone  out as l couldn't use phone as it was crackling so much  so he put the phone though the router upstairs l got phone downstairs  this morning the phones have gone off no connection

    Hi  I done a service status checker  it says there a problem with the broadband and box   the phone line is  good  no been no ran on the router.  I reset the router  the phone lines are dead

      We've had a look and can't see anything with the landline itself, can you try rebooting the Hub for us please?

    Sorry to hear of the issues being experienced on our landline services.

    Have you checked our Service Status Checker or called our Service Status Line 0800 561 0061 for an update on any outages we may be experiencing?

    In terms of the new landline set up, have any diagnostics been ran on the router to see if this allows access to the landline services for you?
