my landline is not working i have no dial tone and when I ring it from my mobile it says line busy

I'm really sorry to hear you're having some issues with your landline service recently. I've just checked over things on our systems and I'm unable to detect any faults currently that would explain this. Are you having issues with any other services in the home?
