My landline doesn't work.

Greetings.

Please would a virgin person reply to this!?

My landline has stopped functioning and this seems to be the only way to contact you due to terrible design of customer service provision on your part (company not individuals).

    Is this the new fibre line through the hub or are you still connected the traditional way via a socket.

    I can get this looked into right away.

    If you can check the logo top right of your screen that would be great.

    Now we have arranged a service call for the dial tone fault.
