My landline doesn't work - can't get in touch with Virgin

I've noticed that I don't have a ringtone on my landline. I've tried to phone VM, but can't get through. I can't remember my password to log on, and the site won't let me reset it (goes through most of the process, but never stops scrolling...

I want VM to test my landline - how do I do this?

Any help would be very much appreciated :-)

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your landline at the moment. 

    Firstly lets try something that we can advise in the open forum. Please can you reset your hub and let us know if that resolves the issues with your landline? If this doesn't work, we'll be able to assist further from here.
