Mobile to Landline issue

Im new to VM network & have noticed that some landline numbers wont call from my mobile. My daughter is on a differnt mobile network & has no issue calling these numbers. Any help appreciated.

    So sorry you're having issues with making calls. 

    Just to confirm, are you trying to make calls from a mobile to a landline number? Or are you making calls from your Virgin Media landline to mobiles?

    If the issue is you making calls from your mobile, you'd need to speak with O2 regarding this to see if they can investigate this further. You can contact O2 by any means listed here.
