We have VM landline as part of our set up and it has gone completely dead I have tested it with more than one phone. I have now removed the bottom panel on VM's main box and connected the phone to the tester inside the box and have the same result nothing . How do I find out if area 14 has been changed to fiber or is it just a fault the test on virgins site for the area says there is no known faults in this area. I have signed into my account but they don't cover this and you only get what they call a bot which does not seem to under stand anything you ask it and just asks you to ask it a different way and it would appear easier to get a meeting with Queen Victoria then get them to pick up the phone.
