Landline VM not working

Hi all,

We have had an issue since we have moved over to VM (2 months ago), in the fact that when someone rings our landline, it just rings & does not go to the automated VM.

I phoned up & spoke to someone and they said it was a nationwide issue, but this was over 3 weeks ago, and people still can not leave messages for us.

We don't (& shouldn't have to) pay for the additional VM plus, so was wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

    We're sorry to hear about the issue you've been having with your voicemail service 😔

    What's happening exactly when you go through the steps, as detailed here, to set up free voicemail?

    If the set-up instructions aren't playing, are you being told there's no messages at all after choosing the option to listen to them?

    Thank you for your prompt response

    It's not giving me the option to set up & it states that I have no new messages.

    When I try to dial my landline from my mobile, it just rings and doesn't go to voicemail.
