Landline stopped working no dial tone

Hi,

No dial tone, phone is connected to my Hub 5 (it did work), phoning it just a ring tone but doesn't do anything home end .. could you have a look ?

    Have you tried following the advice provided in this article here? Please refer to the section entitled "Landline is connected into the Hub".

      Hub rebooted and tested with another phone, still not working, its dead once picked up 😞

    Lovely Tech came and changed my HUB5 today, he was wonderful, a credit to the company, can the relevant department be informed of his good work 🙂
