Landline number porting not happening

We agreed a new contract on 16 Feb to add a landline to our services and asked for our BT number to be ported over. This was supposed to happen from 8pm on 7 March but it didn’t happen.

i called support for help and had a very difficult call trying to explain the issue. At the end of the call it was promised it would happen in 7 days and I would get a text to confirm I could try and set up the phone again. I have still not heard anything

how can we get this resolved please?
