Landline not porting
We recently had VM installed having previously being with Sky. I need to keep my old number and as such the installation was delayed by 10 days. The engineer arrived last Wednesday and didn’t have a port listed on the job sheet so needed to add this in and advised it would be another 7-10 days before the old line ports the VM.
We are now out of that period and the line still hasn’t ported. Trying to call but the team just advised to keep checking and now I’m worried that it will not port in time before my Sky contract ends.

The good news is that as long as the number has been active in the last 30 days we can still request this from the previous provider.
