Landline not working

My landline is a wall socket , it stopped working this morning, My Broadband and TV are perfect. I tried to go online to see if I could get some help, but it was useless. The chat person told me to ring 150. Which is quite hard when the phone doesnt work. I dont have a useable mobile so how do I get this fixed?
