My landline has stopped working as of today or yesterday. The phones in the house are dead and there is no dial tone. If I call the number from my mobile, I get a ringing tone, but the landline phones do not ring.
I have been unable to establish the service status online. I fill in my postcode and surname, but it tells me it can't find my account.
Can anyone solve this please?

I used the phone number and also the web link and it told me there are no known issues in my area.

Yes, I have tried an alternative handset, but it made no difference.
Incidentally, I used to get an email notification when I received a rply to a message on here, but that doesn't seem to work any more.
