Landline not working

Help please, landline not working, can't contact faults

My landline is not working, 0345 keeps shutting down from my mobile trying to get to faults. Virgin web page 'says' there's no fault in my area. I've plugged in another phone - that's not working. The landline was working yesterday evening.

    Sorry to her of the landline issues experienced, we appreciate you raising this via the forums. 

    Can you confirm if the landline works via the Hub or a wall socket? If it is via the Hub are you experiencing broadband connection issues also?

        Do you have a different handset you can try via the wall socket? Is the issue across all wall sockets in the property? If you can let us know as it appears there is a crossover with the messages and replies.
